Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  [Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV]

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.  [Proverbs 3, v 5-6  NKJV]

We are on Facebook. Search for Eyler's Valley Chapel and Like us.

If you are using a GPS for navigation enter the address as 7504 Hampton Valley Road, Emmitsburg, MD.

If the Snow Emergency Plan for Frederick County has been activated by Maryland State Police, services will be canceled.  The secondary roads leading to the Chapel are narrow and hilly.  Road crews concentrate on the primary roads before treating and clearing secondary roads.   In all cases, use common sense and good judgement before traveling to the Chapel in inclement weather.

In the event of cancellations due to inclement weather we will post an announcement here and on our Facebook page.

Picnics

We do ask that you sign up at the chapel in the weeks before picnic or by contacting one of the indivduals on the "Contact Us" page so that we have an approximate number of attendees.
